Authors/participants Instructions
- Oral presentations can be made in the language of the country of origin, but as far as possible, please translate your visual aids (ppt) into English.
- Each oral presentation should last 20 minutes, leaving 10 minutes for discussion and questions.
- The equipment available will be a fixed and/or laptop computer. The equipment is equipped with audio to facilitate the use of DVD clips or videos.
- Each session is equipped with a computer/laptop with an internet connection.
- We recommend that you use Power Point or PDF format for your presentations.
- You must bring your oral presentation files on a USB key, hard disk or similar memory storage device.
- Each presenter is asked to upload his or her presentation to the session computer, and to notify the moderator at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
- All presenters will be introduced to the audience by the session moderator.
