Authors/participants Instructions

Oral presentations can be made in the language of the country of origin, but as far as possible, please translate your visual aids (ppt) into English.
Each oral presentation should last 20 minutes, leaving 10 minutes for discussion and questions.
The equipment available will be a fixed and/or laptop computer. The equipment is equipped with audio to facilitate the use of DVD clips or videos.
Each session is equipped with a computer/laptop with an internet connection.
We recommend that you use Power Point or PDF format for your presentations.
You must bring your oral presentation files on a USB key, hard disk or similar memory storage device.
Each presenter is asked to upload his or her presentation to the session computer, and to notify the moderator at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
All presenters will be introduced to the audience by the session moderator.
